By downloading Arrow Glide Merge Quest from the Google Play Store and using it, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us that is made up of these Terms of Service. Installing, launching, or otherwise engaging with the App indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision below. If you do not accept them, you must uninstall the App and stop all further use without delay.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Arrow Glide Merge Quest for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes on mobile devices that you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the game—including its source code, graphics, audio, and proprietary systems—unless applicable law permits it or we give prior written consent.
Activities that interrupt, damage, or impair the normal operation of the game are prohibited. Examples include exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party cheat tools or modifications, altering local game data, running automated macros or scripts, or attempting to bypass technological protection mechanisms in the App. The game does not include chat systems, social messaging features, or any player-to-player communication tools.
All rights, title, and interest in Arrow Glide Merge Quest—including its code, visuals, sound effects, level designs, animations, trademarks, and other proprietary assets—belong exclusively to our development team and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights, and unauthorized use of the game’s intellectual property is strictly forbidden.
Any “cash win” or similar reward indicator shown in the game is purely cosmetic and serves only as an in-game progress or achievement marker. Arrow Glide Merge Quest does not involve or facilitate real-money betting, gambling, cash payouts, cryptocurrency transfers, or any form of monetary redemption. Virtual items and rewards have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside the game for currency, goods, or services.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express, implied, or statutory—whatsoever. We make no representations that the game will be error-free, operate continuously, or be compatible with every device model, operating system version, or external component. Performance may vary depending on device hardware, system updates, network conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of data, saved game progress, device performance degradation, or other harm arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Game progress and save data reside locally on your device; we do not maintain remote backups and accept no responsibility for lost progress caused by app deletion, device factory resets, or similar events.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue updates, patches, or modifications to the game—including adding, removing, or altering features, content, or functionality—with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any amended version will be posted at zynqova.com/terms.html with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after such posting will indicate your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which our development entity is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
